British Science Week poster competition

That’s right! The British Science Week poster competition, this year themed around ‘Growth’ (just like the activity packs!) has kicked off, and there is no time like the present to get your kids working on their entries.

Growth is a super-versatile theme; the poster could communicate all sorts of ideas and discoveries. From nature, to architecture, to a growth in understanding of things like climate change, the opportunities are endless!

If you’re looking for inspiration, the BSA have sign-posted some activities in their activity packs where you could find some ideas, just look out for the paintbrush symbol. Or you can check out the 2021 winners here!

The entries are categorised by age group, with a winner and runners up for each of the four age groups running from Early Years to Senior, so every child has a chance to win some fantastic prizes.

The deadline for entering the competition is 5pm on the 15 April 2022.
