Explore Bristol’s Nature this Weekend
In 2018 Bristol and Bath won the title of most nature observations in Europe, as part of the City Nature Challenge – beating 65 cities on five continents.
And the challenge is back again this year, and even bigger with 160+ cities on seven continents involved. And we’ve got a title to defend!
So lets show the world how great Bristol’s wildlife is – help our region report even more observations in the event this weekend – 26-29th April.
It’s super easy to get involved, you just download the iNaturalist app (Android or iPhone) and get snapping up pics of any and all of the wildlife around you.
All this information about our local wildlife contributes to long term research and informs local conservation, planning and land management to look after our wildlife and green spaces.
There are just four days to identify as many species, record as many sightings and get as many people involved as we can.
