FREE Creative Technology Summer School at Wellbeing Settlement @ Barton Hill
Want to solve problems and have a positive impact in the world?
Learn the skills to design and create your own digital product, to take home and use!
The Digimakers Summer School is organised by the University of Bristol and takes place 3-5 August. It offers young people aged between 10-15 years old the opportunity to bring their ideas to life, by designing and creating a digital product.
Over three consecutive days, participants will use the BBC Microbit computer and sensors, to prototype a product of their choice, that solves a problem we face in our everyday lives. They will develop programming skills, learn about electronics, while gaining an insight into tech related careers.
Take part in an exciting deep dive into science, technology, engineering, design and maths skills. Useful for anyone who enjoys, making, playing and creating and is thinking about a career in design, technology or engineering.
