The what, why & how of…Evolution!

Rhys Charles, Education Officer at the Bristol Dinosaur Project, will put evolution in a palaeontological context by highlighting how researchers at the University of Bristol are trying to answer seemingly impossible questions, like what colour dinosaurs were.

Next up is a teacher tag-team, consisting of Head of School, Orchard Campus at Filton Avenue Primary School, Komilla Datta, and Ashton Gate School, Year 6 teacher, KS2 science leader and SLE, Charlotte Thomas. Komilla will bring her experience and knowledge of the wider curriculum to show how evolution fits in. And Charlotte will use her working knowledge of the classroom, to give some tips on how to teach this topic.
