Help baby bear fly to the moon with this free KS1 STEM resource pack!
Students studying Engineering and Primary Education at the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol) have teamed up to develop resource packs for local teachers, to help support STEM learning in the classroom.
In the first pack we’ll be sharing here on Curiosity Connections, developed by Miss Williams, we explore what it means to be an engineer, take a trip to the moon with baby bear and have fun creating rockets to help baby bear fly!
This pack includes a full lesson plan, PowerPoint presentation with embedded videos and links to accompanying resources, along with instructions and a print out for creating your own rockets!
These resources are available for everyone to use, for free. If you would like to share any feedback with us after using the resources, or share any stories from your class please get in touch with our team, we’d love to hear from you.
We’ll be sharing more resource packs like this soon, so keep an eye on our resources page for updates!
