Future Generations Lead

Roy works for the Centre for Sustainable Energy creating projects to help young people understand and act on environmental issues.

This includes work on the Bright Green Future programme running activities for teenagers about how they can make a change to the world with the kind of job they do. Roy is an expert at ‘coaching conversations’, where he helps young people find their own solutions to problems they are stuck on.

Surprising bit? “Listening to people and asking interesting questions can be a superpower! But you need to *really* listen.”
