Partnerships Manager

Zoe works for Sustrans, a charity that’s all about making communities come to life through walking, wheeling or cycling (aka Sustainable Transport). Sustrans is best known for its work creating the National Cycling Network.

“I talk to people in local authorities about how they can make it easier to walk, wheel or cycle, and encourage a fairer use of public space, especially for people who often get left out.”

Zoe and her team pay close attention to any changes in policy and politics, so they can best influence decision makers. She also develops the business through sharing the different work Sustrans can offer others.

“I try to do as much of my job outside as possible, like have meetings while walking.”
