Glenn works for Mott McDonald and the University of the West of England shaping transport of the future to be fairer and greener. He gets to look at new technologies and consider whether they’d make it better for everyone to get from A to B.

Workplace: Glenn works on the computer from home, but also delivers workshops online and in person. He uses flipcharts and post-it notes to capture ideas!

He works with lots of different people, from those in research, to transport consultants and government.

Best bit? “Supporting and inspiring other people.”

Glenn’s top tips for your career: “Your career is a very long journey and most of us don’t know where that journey will take us – so make sure you enjoy every step as much as you can and don’t worry too much about knowing what your destination is.”

“I had no idea what I wanted to do in my career when I was 10 – in fact I didn’t really get a clear sense of my career until I was in my 20s.”
