Outdoor classroom day – Be a Habitat Hero!

Be part of a nationwide scheme to take your class outside on Thursday 23rd May and discover homes for wildlife.

A curriculum-linked activity is provided and can all take place in the playground.

Your class’ findings can be uploaded and viewed alongside other classes from across the country – giving your pupils the chance to see the impact of working together.

Plus its a great excuse to get outside and connect to nature!

This mission, if you choose to accept it, is assigned by the National Education Nature Park, for your pupils to become habitat heroes!

Use the prompts to identify and log the habitats you find, and together we’ll build a picture of all the different homes for wildlife being discovered in schools and colleges across the country on this day.
