British Science Week Activity Packs – Free Primary and Community Lesson Resources Available Now!
The British Science Week 2024 activity packs are live!
The free activity packs for British Science Week 2024, which will take place between 8 to 17 March 2024, are available to download now. For children and young people from under 5s to around age 14, there is an Early Years pack, Primary pack and Secondary pack, as well as a Community pack.
The theme for 2024’s packs and poster competition is ‘Time’, and the packs provide fun and engaging ways to introduce this theme to the children.
Each pack is created with the support of UK Research and Innovation, and aims to include a wide range of fun, hands-on activities, and loads of useful information for planning your events for the Week.
For more information and to download the packs, visit the British Science Week website.
Many of the activities are suitable for CREST Awards, so if you enjoyed using them, why not think about running a CREST Award? CREST Awards give students real-life experience of being a scientist while getting introduced to STEM project work. They are nationally accredited and are a fun, yet educational way to get your children involved in STEM subjects.
