Creative Producer

Roger is a communication expert and social entrepreneur known for his cultural storytelling, race equality advocacy and community engagement. He’s currently a lecturer at UWE and the chief executive officer of Creative Connex CIC, a digital marketing agency he setup to tell the stories of diverse communities.

Roger supports people making their vision come true. Sometimes this is through race equality training and other times through coaching conversations. He asks questions and guides people through their ideas, why they want to do it, who they are going to work with, when will it take place and how much it will cost.

“My role was not around when I was growing up. I was not encouraged to make my dreams come true.

“I help people by turning ideas into action and supporting people who don’t normally get a chance and give them a voice.”
