Xeena is cofounder of “The Next Test” not-for-profit organisation (which is similar to a charity) that highlights links between cricket and climate change concerns. This is through education programmes on the urgency of climate change and helping cricketers and fans to make changes for the good of the planet.
It’s all run by volunteers, but its growing, so watch this space…

Workplace: Xeena does her treasurer duties from home, but also engages with cricket clubs on and off the field, including meeting future cricketing stars!
